Mr. Ingalls brings over 40 years of financial leadership to Aruna Bio and during his career he has served in the capacity of chief financial officer for nearly two decades. Most recently, Mr. Ingalls served as Chief Financial Officer of SeraCare Life Sciences a private life sciences tools company focused on diagnostic products. Prior to this he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CardioMEMS, where he played a key role in the organization’s transformation, directly supervising accounting operations and overseeing all compliance issues.
This led to the completion of two private financing rounds totaling over $45.0 million with venture capitalists and strategic investors. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Ingalls served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Serologicals Corporation where he helped increase enterprise value by almost $1.0 billion as the result of strong organic growth, successful acquisitions and stringent cost control. Prior to his work with Serologicals, he was employed as President and Chief Financial Officer of LaRoche Industries, Inc. Mr. Ingalls is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.
